England vs Denmark
England’s latest international break is set to draw to a close on Wednesday evening.
So far, the Three Lions have had a solid break, which has seen them pick up two wins from two ties.
First, Gareth Southgate and co. downed rivals Wales in a friendly clash.
And then, despite a pretty awful first-half display, England went on to beat Belgium 2-1 on Sunday to go top of their Nations League group.
Despite the victory over Belgium, the race for top spot in England’s group is very much still up for grabs, so a victory over Denmark, who England drew with last time out, is imperative on Wednesday.

Mourinho doesn’t want Kane to start vs Denmark
As a result, Southgate will no doubt want to call upon his strongest possible eleven to start on Wednesday evening.
Said eleven, you would assume, should include Harry Kane as he is England’s captain and their top scorer.
However, should Kane start, it does look as though it may create some tension between Jose Mourinho and the England camp.
It has been reported by The Guardian that the Tottenham boss is ‘strongly against’ Southgate’s plan to start Kane for England vs Denmark on Wednesday night and is said to have communicated his concerns to the national team set up.
Said report comes on the back of claims that tensions were rising between Tottenham and England pre-Belgium as Spurs were said to want a supposedly injured Harry Kane to leave the camp.
However, Southgate went on to state that the hitman wasn’t injured before bringing him on as sub vs the Red Devils.
