Thiago’s transfer to Liverpool moves ‘closer & closer’
On Thursday, German outlet Kicker have posted a short update on the ongoing transfer saga linking Thiago Alcantara with a move to Liverpool.
After playing 90 minutes in Bayern Munich’s 8-2 win against Barcelona, Thiago played 82 minutes against Lyon in the Champions League semi-final on Wednesday.
Some may now be wondering whether Thiago could be reconsidering his Bayern future after the Bavarians reached the UCL final.
However, according to Kicker, Thiago is still on course to join Liverpool this summer.

Liverpool ‘agree’ Thiago Alcantara terms
Last weekend, RMC Sport reporter Mohamed Bouhafsi claimed that Thiago and Liverpool have agreed terms on a 4-year deal.
Also, Thiago has reportedly informed some of his team-mates at Bayern Munich that he’s leaving to join the Reds.
Finally, it’s claimed that the Spaniard has already found a house to live in once he joins Liverpool.

Italian reporter Fabrizio Romano has claimed that Liverpool need to pay Bayern 30 million euros to sign the 29-year-old midfielder.

Dutch paper Algemeen Dagblad are the latest outlet to link Liverpool midfielder Gini Wijnaldum with a possible move to Barcelona.
This story has appeared the day after Ronald Koeman was appointed the new Barcelona coach.
Koeman has quit his job as the Dutch national team manager to return to the Camp Nou.
