An insight into the heated exchange of words between Thomas Tuchel and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer during this evening’s Stamford Bridge showdown has been forthcoming online.
Chelsea and Manchester United are of course currently locked in action, in the marquee fixture of the Premier League weekend.
The clash marks a crucial one in the top-4 race, with both sides keen to take advantage of slip-ups on the part of West Ham and Leicester already this weekend.
As things stand in southwest London, though, the scoreline remains goalless.
The action has proven pretty even thus far, albeit with hosts Chelsea having just shaded the best of the chances in front of goal.
United, on the other hand, were left to feel majorly aggrieved after seeing referee Stuart Attwell turn down a penalty shout with 15 minutes on the clock:
NO PENALTY ❌⚽️
The ball strikes Hudson-Odoi’s hand in the box and Stuart Attwell consults the pitch-side monitor before deciding against awarding the penalty.

‘How is that possible?’
The tense nature of proceedings in the capital, however, has not been solely confined to the pitch.
During the first-half, cameras panned to the touchline, where the two bosses – Thomas Tuchel and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer – could be seen in a heated exchange of words.
It initially remained unclear what the argument surrounded, but an insight into the situation has since been provided by those in attendance at Stamford Bridge.
The issue stemmed from a challenge between Mason Mount and Scott McTominay, which saw the latter win the ball high, but clatter into the Chelsea midfielder in the process.
Attwell nevertheless opted to award a free-kick to Manchester United, a decision which left Tuchel incensed:
‘How is that possible? He kicks him in the head. It’s the second time he didn’t touch him!’
Solskjaer, however, was quick to jump to McTominay’s defence, sparking a row between not only the two bosses, but the rest of their benches, too:
Tuchel could be heard complaining about that decision on the touchline. “He didn’t even touch him… that’s the second time already…”
Triggered an exchange of views between the dugouts.
