Man City reportedly set to offer Raheem Sterling fresh contract

An update regarding the future of England and Manchester City star Raheem Sterling has emerged over the last 24 hours.

Sterling would join City in 2015, leaving Liverpool in a deal worth in excess of £50m.

Sterling set for new deal?

And in theory, Sterling is still only just beginning to enter his prime years.

As a result, City would no doubt love to keep him around as long as possible.

The former Liverpool star has just under three years left on his current deal.

But as per a report from the Mirror over the weekend, City are now keen to hand Sterling a fresh deal.

It is added that Man City have made new contracts for Sterling and Kevin De Bruyne their top priority:
