Updates regarding some potential incomings and outgoing at Tottenham this summer have come to light over the last few days.
Perisic to Tottenham
Firstly, on the incoming side, Ivan Perisic has been linked with a move to Spurs, a player Jose Mourinho appears to have been attempting to sign for several years now.
The 31-year-old spent the 2019/20 campaign on loan from Inter Milan at German giants, FC Bayern Munich.
Perisic scored four and assisted six in 22 league ties as Bayern clinched yet another Bundesliga title.
The Bavarians are also understood to have an option to make the Croatian’s loan deal permanent.
But as per Italian outlet, Calciomercato, whilst Bayern could have signed the winger for €20m though they are, of course, yet to take up the option. Perisic is also not believed to be in Antonio Conte’s plans, with his contract in Italy up in 2022.
One potential solution being touted by the Italian outlet, should Bayern not sign Perisic permanently, involves Tottenham with some form of swap deal, possibly involving Erik Lamela, mentioned:
The parties could also evaluate the idea of an exchange and among the Spurs players who might like the Nerazzurri there is certainly Erik Lamela
A swap deal would likely be more agreeable to Spurs, who don’t look to have too much to spend in the summer due to COVID-19.

Foyth to Leeds
Elsewhere on the Spurs front, the Sun reported recently that Leeds are lining up a £15m move for Juan Foyth.
The Argentine has seriously struggled for game time this term and has managed just 46 minutes of Premier League action under Jose Mourinho.
And with Spurs, as mentioned above, seemingly strapped for cash, selling on Foyth, who looks to be behind the likes of Eric Dier, Davinson Sanchez, Toby Alderweireld and even Japhet Tanganga in the defensive pecking order, does make sense for the Lilywhites.
A recent report from Argentina, which we covered, also named Foyth as one of five Argentines being eyed by Marcelo Bielsa’s Leeds.
