FC Porto vs Man City

Manchester City return to European action in just over 24 hours time.

The Citizens face a trip to Porto for their penultimate Champions League group game of the season.

City have already secured their spot in this season’s knockout rounds after seeing off Olympiacos last time out.

However, top spot is still up for grabs and Man City can secure it with a win or draw vs 2nd-place Porto on Tuesday.

Pep Guardiola on Aguero

Ahead of the tie, Pep Guardiola held his latest press conference on Monday afternoon.

During the presser, Pep would discuss a number of topics, including Sergio Aguero’s fitness.

The Argentine has missed a good chunk of the campaign through injuries and looks to have suffered another setback recently.

After featuring last week in the Champions League, Aguero was left out of the squad to face Burnley on Saturday.

At the time, Pep played down the concerns, stating Aguero was not injured and would hopefully train on Sunday.

However, when speaking on Monday, the Spaniard has provided a less than positive update on his star centre-forward.

Guardiola confirmed that Aguero had some disturbance in his knee and did not train.

And though Guardiola added that it is nothing serious, City fans will no doubt be concerned about how long the ageing Aguero is taking to recover from his knee issue:
