Pogba’s 2020/21
Paul Pogba has endured a rather rough start to the 2020/21 campaign.
The Frenchman, throughout his second spell at Old Trafford, has very much struggled for consistency with his displays either seemingly world-beating or unnoticeable.
And unfortunately for United, Pogba is experiencing the latter at the moment.
The 27-year-old, who should now be coming into his prime, is yet to provide a single goal or assist in the league this term.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has also opted to bench Pogba in three of United’s last four league outings – favouring a midfield pairing of Fred and Scott McTominay.

Ahead of that tie, France boss Didier Deschamps has been speaking about the Man United midfielder.
And due to his current playing time and position, Deschamps is of the opinion that Pogba can’t be happy with Man United right now:
“I know Paul well and he knows the squad well. He finds himself in a situation with his club that he can’t be happy about, neither in terms of his playing time nor his position.
“He’s not at his best, he’s had a string of injuries and Covid-19 has also affected him adversely. He needs to rediscover his rhythm.
“He did well in the matches that he was involved in last month and performed consistently despite his lack of rhythm. Nevertheless, we can’t say that he’s blossoming at club level.”
