Chelsea’s Tammy Abraham one of West Ham’s potential striker targets for summer

Abraham struggling under Tuchel

Tammy Abraham has had a fairly strange season so far.

With 12 goals, the 23-year-old is currently Chelsea’s top scorer in all competitions.

However, since Thomas Tuchel took the reins at Stamford Bridge, the hitman has struggled for regular football.

In the Premier League, for example, Abraham is yet to see out more than 45 minutes under the German.

Abraham was also completely omitted from the Blues’ matchday squad to take on Manchester United on Sunday, despite, in his post-match comments, Tuchel not eluding to any potential injury issues for the striker.

West Ham eyeing Abraham

Tuchel’s treatment of Abraham has since seemingly created speculation around his future at Stamford Bridge.

The Telegraph reported on Monday that a number of clubs are said to be monitoring the forward’s situation.

And now, it appears at least one Premier League said are taking a keen interest in Abraham.
